We have spent hours reading and doing our research on all reviews about this crib, and it seems that the average customer review ratings that this products gets are from 4 to 5 not less. Here are some issues that you might find
The end product was great looking and works very well but putting this thing together was tough. Almost none of the pieces were marked for what they were or where they go, the bed spring didn't line up with the holes provided and so it became almost impossible to put together. Took about 3 hours to do not because the instructions were hard or hard to decipher what pieces went where (once I figured out what they were) but because the bed spring took about 1.5 hours to put on. One of the wood legs on the bottom drawer came broken as well. I was able to use wood glue to put back together but just kind of a hassle at the end. Looks great now and worth the work but could have been better had the manufacturer taken the time to mark all the pieces and test the holes prior to shipment.
